This website is operated by Hound Power Mills. By visiting this site and/or purchasing products from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Products
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities. Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. Product images are for illustration purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product.
Pre-Orders
HoundPower Slatmills are built to order. When you place a pre-order, your payment is processed immediately. Production takes approximately 4 weeks, after which your order will be shipped. You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments. Shop Pay installments are available for eligible orders — terms are provided at checkout.

Assumption of Risk
Dog exercise equipment should be used under supervision. Hound Power Mills is not responsible for injuries to dogs or humans resulting from improper use of our products. Always consult your veterinarian before starting any new exercise program for your dog. Follow all safety guidelines provided with your slatmill and in our training guides.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
