We offer a 30-day return policy on all HoundPower Slatmills. If you or your dog are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No questions asked.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the slatmill must be in its original condition — not damaged beyond normal initial use. Original packaging is preferred but not required.
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at shop@k9academy.ca with your order number. We will provide return instructions and arrange pickup if needed.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive your returned slatmill, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your slatmill arrives damaged or has a defect, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you. Please include photos of the damage when contacting us.
1-Year Warranty
Every HoundPower Slatmill comes with a full 1-year warranty covering the frame, slat belt, suspension system (Pro models), braking system, and speedometer (Pro models). If any covered component fails under normal use, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
