All Sales Final
All HoundPower Slatmill purchases are final sale. Each unit is custom-built to order, which makes returns and refunds impractical. We strongly encourage customers to contact us at hello@houndpowermills.com before purchasing to discuss sizing, model selection, and any questions about the product.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the unit ships. Once shipped, the sale is final.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your slatmill arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us immediately at hello@houndpowermills.com with photos. We will arrange a repair or replacement at no cost to you.
1-Year Warranty
Every HoundPower Slatmill comes with a full 1-year warranty covering the frame, slat belt, suspension system (Pro models), braking system, and speedometer (Pro models). If any covered component fails under normal use, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
