Shipping
All HoundPower Slatmill orders ship within Canada. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.
Production Timeline
Each HoundPower Slatmill is built to order. Production takes approximately 4 weeks from the date your order is placed. You will receive an email confirmation when your order enters production and another when it ships.
Delivery
Once your slatmill ships, delivery takes 5-10 business days within Canada. Your order will include tracking information so you can follow its progress.
Packaging
Every slatmill is carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately at shop@k9academy.ca and we will arrange a replacement.
International Shipping
We currently ship within Canada only. For international inquiries, please contact us at shop@k9academy.ca.
